One thing that I thought I would never do was film YouTube videos–– I've never been a big fan of the sound of my own voice (I really used to hate it), and I never thought people would actually watch them. After making a blog snapchat a few months ago, I finally got over the voice thing! I also realized that it doesn't matter if people watch my videos as long as I'm happy with what I'm doing. So, I started making videos, and I'm having fun doing it! My new thing is that I don't care who watches them as long as I help/inspire at least one person per video.
I have found it's easier for me to find time to film vs. shooting for my blog because I can film myself and I don't have to ask a friend to take my photos. So far, my whopping two videos have been college related (both requested) and you can watch them here:
What have y'all done to branch out lately? Have you ever overcome an insecurity to do something new? Also, if you have any video requests/suggestions, feel free to email me!
I'm going to hopefully keep making more videos, so be sure to subscribe.
